Then and now
Our neighbourhood's story.
Sunny Layout forms part of eastern Bengaluru's expansion from agricultural outskirts into residential neighbourhoods. Historical references trace this wider transition, while official documents record Sunny Layout by name.
This is an evidence-based starting point, not a verified founding history of the layout or association. Residents can help build a fuller archive using dated photographs and documents.
1990s onward · Eastern Bengaluru grows
A local residents' historical account describes farmland around Ramamurthy Nagar gradually being converted into residential layouts, including Sunny Layout.
2010s · Sunny Layout in civic records
A civic participation report for Mahadevapura mentions Sunny Layout in requests involving the Varanasi–Margondanahalli corridor, including roads and drainage.
Today · Preserving local memories
We're assembling a visual record of neighbourhood streets, signs and shared spaces.

These are low-resolution previews cropped from the association Facebook page screenshot. Replace them with original, permission-cleared photographs before treating this as a final public gallery. If residents have dated photographs from the 2000s or 2010s, they can become a proper historical archive.
